MONDAY: Warming temperatures, but still below average

Good morning! Be aware - although aside from flurries, we haven't had any new precipitation, however, roads statewide are still slippery in some spots. Use caution while driving, especially on side and untreated roads. Though temperatures will be warming than the weekend, they will still be below average for this time of year. You can expect partly to mostly cloudy skies throughout the day today. Highs today will be in the teens to the low 20s.
