Writer's pictureNortheast Wisconsin Weather

Rainy Wednesday ahead

After a beautiful spring day yesterday, today will be almost a complete 180. As of 8:10 AM, showers were moving mainly over western Wisconsin, into central and northern Wisconsin.

These showers are currently moving to the NNE, but they will eventually work their way eastward to affect all of northeast Wisconsin. Although models are all of the place in terms of rainfall totals, it's fair to say that some areas may get up to at least an inch, if not more. The HRRR (High-Resolution Rapid Refresh) model shows a corridor from Green Bay and southward to the Chilton area in Calumet county, where it appears to be the greatest chance to get 1"+ of rain.

High temperatures today will be in the 50s with maybe a few low 60s to the south.
