URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Severe Thunderstorm Watch Number 411 NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK 110 PM CDT Tue Jun 28 2022 The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of Upper Michigan Northeast Wisconsin Lake Michigan Lake Superior * Effective this Tuesday afternoon and evening from 110 PM until 800 PM CDT. * Primary threats include... Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 2 inches in diameter possible Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible SUMMARY...Thunderstorms have begun to develop along a cold front over Upper Michigan. These storms will progress east-southeastward this afternoon, posing a threat of large hail and gusty winds. The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 60 statute miles north and south of a line from 70 miles east northeast of Escanaba MI to 35 miles northwest of Wausau WI.
