THUR: Morning filtered sun, chance of isolated showers later this afternoon

Good morning! Much of the area is seeing filtered sunshine this morning. I am keeping an eye on a complex of showers/t-storms in SE Minnesota and SW Wisconsin. Models don't have them breaking up before they reach NE Wisconsin, but it's something worth watching. Later this afternoon, short-range models have scattered showers developing across north-central WI. These will be hit-or-miss. High temperatures will be in the upper 70s, low 80s.
