THURSDAY: Dusting of snow possible, otherwise dangerously cold wind chills tonight

Writer: Northeast Wisconsin WeatherNortheast Wisconsin Weather

Good morning! It's sunny across most of the area. There's still an area of cloud cover essentially south and east of the I-41 corridor. Those clouds are quickly moving off to the southeast, which will eventually leave mostly clear skies. It will still be chilly today with highs only making into the single digits across central and northern Wisconsin, while areas south and east will be in the mid-upper teens.

Tonight, winds will begin to pick up and temperatures will drop, creating dangerously cold wind chills. A Wind Chill Advisory has been posted for the entire area. It will go into effect tonight and expire at noon tomorrow. (Please note that the start times are different for these advisories)
